We had Chris help us with many issues over the past year and he has been very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He was able to fix all of our issues very quickly.

Last week, I brought in my ailing old computer and my new computer, so that all of the data from.the old computer could be transferred to my new computer. Everyone, especially Elise,, Katelyn and Dylan were exceptionally helpful. Not only are the staff very friendly and accommodating, but they went out of their way, to allay my concerns regarding the risk of my old computer crashing during the data transfer. I am so glad that I entrusted Libertek's with a project that was very important to me. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are also reasonable.

I brought my crashed external hard drive into the store to see if they could recover the data from it. The guy who did my intake explained that it will be $162 due today. I asked if that is a flat fee if they are successful or unsuccessful. He said it was. I asked in there would be any additional fees, he said no. He said if they have to mail it out if they can’t figure it out then it would be extra. I told him to not mail it out without first calling me to approve or not approve. He also asked if I wanted them to put the files on a hard drive which would be extra. I said no and asked if I could bring my own hard drive to transfer the files. He said yes. I asked if I should just bring it at a later date to do that and he said yes. He told me it would take 10-12 days. On day 14 I still hadn’t heard back so I called. The guy who answered didn’t know what I was talking about and had to call me back. Another call where the guy seemed confused about what I was asking. At this point I lost the tiny bit of confidence I had with this place. He called back a second time and said they recovered my files and I asked can I bring my hard drive at 3pm the next day to get my files. He said yes. I arrive the next day to be told by the store manager that it will cost me another $75 to transfer files to my hard drive. I refused to pay and told him nobody said anything about a hidden data transfer fee. He said then I couldn’t have my files I paid $162 for them to recover. I was so upset and he admitted it was possible his staff neglected to tell me 2 different times there was this hidden fee. He offered to charge me $50 not $75 for the error. Had I known upfront it would cost $237 not $162 I would never have hired this shady company. I am skeptical and think this is a normal predatory practice of this place

We brought our Aloha POS Server computer to be repaired after the hard drive crashed, they fixed it, and we paid for it, but then when we got to the restaurant it was having issues. Our Aloha Tech who logged in remotely to re-configure the Aloha folders said there is still issues with the new hard drive and Windows installation and our POS system would not work, (we did have the old hard drive cloned so it could of carried over the same issues) anyway, We brought the computer back to them and after they spent 3 days trying to again fix it they just gave us a new computer, transferred the Aloha files with the original specs that the Aloha POS system required. We paid for a repair so we can get a working computer, and one way or the other they made it happen for us. They were all very nice and courteous, next time something breaks, we'll be back!!!

Questions & Answers

I need my hard drive replaced, my laptop is a latitude 5590. What would it cost me and when can I drop it off?

I would suggest calling them with that question

Do they have a stock of components to upgrade a PC for sale? (So I don't have to go out and buy them)

I'm pretty sure that they do have what your looking for, just talk with Larry Zimbler, I'm sure he can help you?
