Products are very high quality however, staff is not detail oriented, hard to get a hold off and forgetful. At install, the counter top damaged the cabinet and the answer was to put a skin over the damage rather than replace the damaged product. Highly recommend, seeing if another store offers better support first to prevent issues later on.

Wonderful visit to Builders Kitchen. Jackie was extremely helpful and efficient. The layout of cabinet setups were seperate finished rooms containing differing styles of cabinets. Each area also houses drawer front models, door models or knobs. Still waiting for quote. Will be in next business day.

Builders Kitchen supplies you cabinets and countertops, you must find a contractor for installation.
Builders Kitchens on Central Ave Albany/Colonie does kitchen designs.
Well if you want some one to come out and measure I would call and schedule that so they can give you an estimate for your exact need. Without a layout it's kind of useless to go in unless just looking at styles. They have a nice selection to look at but we had them come out first to measure then went in to review the plans and cabinet and counter costs
