Big mistakes were made during the planning phase. The site survey was a blunder. Customer service has been all talk and no action since my system was finally commissioned in March, 2021 after a December, 2020 install. Install crew was top notch. Sales rep was excellent.

The team at AEC Solar is fantastic. From the beginning of our solar project to the end when they flipped on the switch that started us using our solar power. They were there for us from start to finish. AEC kept us informed and updated on our project, when materials would be delivered, when their team would be installing our panels and when we would have our system up and running. The AEC installation crew was experienced and very careful of our property and house. The team leader also explained in terms I could understand what was going throughout the solar installation. Another benefit was AEC took care of setting up permits and inspections. Something I did not have to do. I couldn't have asked for a better team for our solar project. I highly recommend them to anyone.
