2 days if you already have everything you need to finish the job and the kitchen isnt very big and its only countertop & cabs if your including floors lights or relocating the arangment of things then it all adds time to that
Around 4 weeks as long as no issues arise.
Size of kitchen... Doing the work yourself... custom orders... questions a little vague, but if you are doing the work yourself, and you are inexperienced (based on the question) a medium sized kitchen with off-the-shelf everything will take you around a month. If you are paying someone... it shouldn't under ANY circumstance take more than 2 weeks (I've done large kitchens in a week - with inspection). If there are special ordered parts DO NOT let them start until ALL PARTS are in.
Also consider the demo time clean up.from that. Do you need a dumpster? Counter tops can take weeks to get done. There is the templet to cutting then the install. If your on it from start to finish i would plan on a month if your not changing the lay out u can trim a week off that
It depends on what you want. If you can accept what they have in stock, the time frame is minimal.
I did it myself on weekends there was no time frame
