Today is our second major purchase from this store. We are by no means wealthy so this a big deal for us. This is also the disastrous delivery experience. Can someone please tell me why they over promise and fail miserably on delivery

Any concerns should be brought to the attention of the manager on duty at your local store. Reach out to them and let them know of your problems. Only a manager can get the ball rolling on certain issues.

You question is going to other customers, maybe call the store and ask to speak to a manger

The staff might have low morale since there is a "lunch rush" when everyone gets out of church
