When I was there I didn't see any golf cart or any places to charge them.
You can bring a cart no problem, hiking trails don't allow vehicles and are restricted to roads. I suggest calling the office. These guys are incredibly helpful. Dwayne and Joe will go out of their way to help.
Not 100 percent sure but most campsites allow golf carts. There's hiking trails but not really gold cart trails.
