I had a really rude caseworker who basically yelled at me and talked down at me, can I request a new case worker as I am pregnant and need coverage ASAP ?

You need to report the caseworker. They are supposed to talk to people with respect. They can get a warning or fired. You may even be able to sue for verbal abuse especially because your pregnant. Law suit.

Yes. But you usually don't see the same case worker everytime you go. No one is assigned to just 1 case worker. It's always different one. Which i think it's dumb because everytime you go you have to explian everything you are going thru in your preganacy to every single case worker you get to see the of. But if for some random reason you do get the same case worker and don't like the way he or she is treating you. Demand you see someone else. They won't do anything to stress you out especially since you are pregnant. And explian why you want to see other case worker. It's a hit or miss basically with these case workers. But goodluck.
