At the time of writing this, the hours are 8 - 5 with limited services only. You cannot see your assigned worker, but there are workers at the entrance that assess your need and advise appropriately. It is strongly recommended to contact the worker by phone, the MyBenefitsCalWin app, mail or email. The drive-thru service is by appointment only. Saturday drive-thru is currently available at the Santa Ana location for limited hours (serving all regions}. Check with your worker or Service Center phone agent.
