Get their email address. That's how I contact mine. It's much easier. I usually get an answer within a couple hours. Unless it's my calworks worker then she's just on top of it
As a matter of fact, I had the same frustration today. I was told because of Covid-19 they are limited staff in the office....Therefore the time to reply back is taking longer...Your best bet is to call and wait the time it says to wait...I've waited up to an hr... Or You can go down to the office but they have limited space & time waits as well.
