Yes. Theres some rides even with an adult a kid cant go on. The sky rail and the roller coaster are the 2 I know of. Also there are a few where only small kids can ride.

Yes, many rides are made for toddlers, so some rides actually have a maximum height too. That means the kids can ride some rides that you can't. Grown-ups wait at the exit of those rides.

Don't worry, as Gilroy Gardens is for families, most rides have no requirement s./ Unless if your counting boats
I took my 4 year old and we had no problems getting on any ride there and we pretty much rode them all.
