Can I buy an actual physical pass here? Like a card.

I was not able to purchase a physical ticket at this location. The Kiosk was not working properly. I had to purchase my ticket on my phone. The ticket window was close. Only the window for the bus was open for a hard copy ticket.

Technically, yes, but the machines arent really serviced much or well maintained.

Hi there, Amtrak - Machine in front kiosk or the app. Metrolink - Machine kiosk same side as Amtrak or kiosk trackside or on the app. Buses - on the bus or app. AMTRAK is closed until further notice but you can still buy tickets at the Station same as Metrolink. Hope this helps
