Only for their lap swimming hours, aerobics,or classes. After 11am you need to be with a Cerritos resident to be able to go in.

Non residents 16 and older can go in for lap swim Monday through Friday from 530 am to 2 pm and Saturday/Sunday from 7 am to 12 pm.
