This is the first time my husband and i used the pool in years even though we have been residents here for decades. Cerritos Swim Center remains the best community swim center for residents and those who work here. It has been well maintained, clean and well managed. Staff there are helpful, our old tickets never expired. I am proud my tax dollar has contributed to this beautiful, well utilized facitility that promotes health and well being of the community.

Ive been coming here for over 20 years. I learned how to swim here when i was just a little kid. Now my son is learning his swimming here as well. Big facility, friendly staff, only complaint is that the boys locker area gets pretty dirty. Theres un flushed toilets and floating logs regularly in some toilets. This place is bustling. Swim lessons, free swim, divers, parents. Its a cool atmosphere.

We had a great time! I am a resident of Cerritos, my daughter turned 7 and she LOVES to swimmmmm! She wanted to swim for her birthday so we went here and brought two friends! It was (2.5 x 2) for my daughter and I. For one non-res adult is 3.25 and $2.50 for one non res child. We had a blast! We will go back. They even play music while your swimming. The staff was very friendly, the establishment was very clean and the pool was the perfect temperature!

This is not a public pool. it is consider a amenity for the benefit and use of residents of cerritos.
Yes they are usually open from 7am-2pm with the morning being adult lap swim and the evening being recreational swimming
Pool is open and there is a non resident rate for use.
You can still go, but pay the fee. However, they have hours for the pool that are residents only. I've showed up late to the pool and got to finish my workout even though it was *residents only time.

Yes there are, in the men's bathroom are open showers. Womans bathroom I'm not sure how they configured but they do have showers tho.

Yes, open to ages 16 and older Monday through Friday 530 a.m to 100 p.m for adult lap swim. Weekends 700 a.m to 1200 p.m. Feel free to call the swim center at (562) 407-2600 for any further questions you may have.

No need to. You will go thru the A.B.C adult school and can sign up on line tomorrow after 9 am on their site. On there you will find the upcoming schedules for classes available.
Only for their lap swimming hours, aerobics,or classes. After 11am you need to be with a Cerritos resident to be able to go in.
It is not a silver and fit facility.
