The Humane Society of Sonoma County (formerly known as the Sonoma Humane Society) is a no kill shelter. Yes, you can surrender her cat and they will do all possible to find a perfect new home for her. You will pay a surrender fee, and will give as much information about her previous home environment as possible- including medical history, special needs, other animals and/or children in the home. They will try to find the perfect scenario which will be as close as possible to her previous situation.

I recently got a rehomed cat from Craigslist. The owners said she got along well with other cats, (not so). My other cat (female also) are sparring, spitting and mutually ambushing each other aggressively. I'm not able to keep her, under the circumstances. She's a tiny, unusually marked tuxedo - likes people and is moderately cuddly (likes people nearby or a lap). Can I surrender her, to get her a new home? What is the surrender fee $?.
