Nice quiet place to fish or sit and think. Has a small lake. There's a island in the middle. I went today and the Canadian Geese were honking and nesting on the island. Surrounded 3/4 of the way by a golf course in the distance.

Small park, but nice place to chill in the morning. We didn't walk much, as the long one mile hike up to the park from our hotel (the Sandman) was more than enough to get our blood pumping. The bench overlooking the lake was a welcome respite.

The Park itself pretty nice - with some short trails for hiking and running, as well as a small lake for fishing. I'm knocking off a couple of stars because the top area if the parking lot has become a hangout spot for kids to park their cars play their music loudly, smoke cigarettes (isn't against the law in parks?), smoke pot, and vape. When I come to a park, I'd like it to be a peaceful and relaxing environment. I wish park officials would enforce regulations here a bit more.
