I have spent at least 6 hours trying to get a person to pick up the phone and no one answers no matter what extension I use. I wanted to have my cat cremated so we could put the ashes in a box with a picture of the cat on it...but no one will answer the phone and I tried several phone numbers. Then the company that terminated my cat's life called and wanted to put the ashes of my cat into a box I didn't want and charged me about $250.00 for it and they wouldn't let me just take a plastic bag of ashes and pick out my own container. I will still have to buy the container that I wanted. I tried a couple of different phone numbers at the Humane Society of Sonoma County, Santa Rosa and I could not get a person on the phone... and no matter what phone number I use no one answers the phone so I gave up.
