I lease a commercial property. The lessor/plaintiff filed for and was granted a Summary Judgment against me on 07/10/19 and they sent notice as of 07/15/19. I'm thinking of filing an appeal, writ of mandate, how long do i have?

Go to the court house and have them file for you. SHRIVERS is affiliated with Legal Aid. I believe you have 3-5 days. File ASAP Sometimes they waive the fee if you qualify. Good luck
