Long Beach Office closed when posted hours said open . I almost couldn't make my journey, had it not been the assistance if the bus driver from LB to LA and the security guard at the LA terminal I would not have been able to make it to visit with a friend who may not come out. Thank you to those 2 men with Greyhound , you are what is missing in today's life.

Greyhound services have gone down the valley and heading to the abbyss. Since 2018. I have never had a good experience with greyhound. It is either that the bus is late or it is canceled. And when it is running some of the drivers act as if they don't owe the passengers any explanation. After 2hrs wait today at the Long Beach,CA terminal, the bus was canceled. I called customer service for my refund. Customer service went into argument with me. She said the status of the bus wasn't yet updated on her computer. I still didn't get my refund. I have to wait until Monday 7/1/19. Seven weeks in a roll, I have had the worst travel experience with greyhound.

I have only used this place for transfers and for waiting, the facilities look rather well mantained. It's a bus station there is not much to say about it. I do believe that the exit is short for the buses so there is always a small bottle neck. if you are driving make sure you enter through the entrance otherwise you risk hitting one of the exiting buses.

Thus far, I am happy with their service. I recommend to book your ticket at least a week earlier mainly because it's cheaper (online). Also, to arrive early because if you don't, possibilities are that you might miss your bus & will have to pay 20$ to reschedule your ticket.
