This is the closest Ford dealership to my house. They are generally very pleasant on the phone. And helpful. It's a larger dealership it feels like so they tend to have plenty of availability for service. I can't comment on whether they have a lot of cars and stock or not because I haven't purchased from them. It appears that they do though. Prices seem fair. Though. I haven't had major service from them. Only the regular oil change plus tune-up style services. I return here because they are pretty helpful about getting appointments when you need them. And they have a courtesy shuttle that'll take me home which is helpful.

Worthington fixed all the recalls on my truck. I got it back and shortly thereafter, My check engine light popped on. I called them to let them know. The guy told me he probably wouldn’t have time, but then reconsidered and told me to bring it by. Upon arrival, none of the service members were busy. In fact, they were all playing in their phones. The guy I talked to on the phone lets me know they need to charge me to even tell me what the code says. I remind them they fixed the truck several week ago…and he responds that he still needs to charge me. I proceeded to respond that I could buy a code reader for cheaper than the diagnostic. That’s when a very large man says “yeah, you buy that code reader and then tell us what’s wrong with it.” He continues to belittle me in front of the staff, meanwhile, I’m a loyal Ford customer for the last 10 years. I contacted the owner twice. He has not replied. Don’t ever go here. Bad service, dangerous shuttle driver, service staff with attitude, and no courtesy vehicles. Cheap, badly run, lazy staff. Never again. I checked the code at my mechanic who does my oil changes. Truck is over-consuming oil and had P0301, a misfiring 1st cylinder. Truck is 4 years old and has 53k miles on it, and they wouldn’t even check it. Light is on again. Please make this right, Nick.

Took my RS to get serviced for an oil change. Got a call from John to come in at 1pm. Got there and he was busy and the other service employee told me that they weren’t able to take me and I told him I called, and he said who, ok he can deal with you… took them over 3 hours and I got my car back dirty which I just cleaned. Look likes the guy stepped on my front bumper on my expensive wrap. No professional courtesy or respect. Not coming back here. They just lost a potential customer and I’ll shop for a new car else where. Where did all the good people go?

Been looking for a F-250 for the longest time (thanks COVID) went to Worthington Ford (I'm from San Diego). They had the the model I wanted in stock where no one else had them is stock. Test drove it and the rest is history. Jim the sales person was great and funny and was straight forward with the mark up in price because you guessed it supply shortage. We agreed on a price and he introduced me to Mo. Mo was great got me the best rate possible and with my local credit union. If you are in need of a truck or car then go meet Jim and Mo at Worthington Ford tell them Hugo sent you.

go to kbb.com and select trade in value. Kelly Blue Book will give you a realistic starting point. Good Luck!
With good credit is possible
I'm not sure if they were open on New Year's Day
I am a customer of Worthington Ford, not a salesman. I have bought two cars from them with good results.
I did not see any prius in the used area. They did have a ford Escort
Call Mo in the finance department! I doubt they will be able to help because your mileage is high and you are probably 'upside down', meaning you owe more than the blue book value do to the high miles!
Don't worry, ask for Ron....maybe call first & make an appointment with him.... he's always busy helping multiple customers. If anyone can help you with an honest answer, he will!!! Don't waste his time, & he will return the favor!
It all depends on your credit rating. I put 6000 down and got 0% financing. Made my last payment this month on my Escape and already received the new title. Great dealership!
Absolutely but depends on credit
Don't go there they r very disrespectful.
You have to Singh over the car to your x
Sometimes we are put into difficult situations and being in need of a car can do that. Where no one was willing to help me Worthington Ford did. I have a Ford Fiesta and loving it. I was not made to feel like it was a chore to help me or that I was not a valued customer. The financial guy was awesomeness he worked at getting me the best possible price and asked me what I can pay and tried to meet my capablity. A few days later he called to let me know that he found a better deal and here I am 2 years later enjoying my car being able to drive to work in a safe and dependable car. They will work with you and that is proven because they worked with me.
