I would rate it a negative star if given the option. My parents and entire family with multiple households have been loyal customers of theirs for over a decade or more. I was taken back by the level of unprofessionalism by their agent Peter Kong. Who, when asked to address a simple task of reassessing my rates after notifying him of a location change did not see through that it got done properly. After several unsuccessful attempts by everyone in his office, I requested to speak to him the only response I would get is he is in a meeting or he is out of the office. I decided to come in to see him in person, instead of trying to resolve the problem he blame everyone in his office and took no accountability. My issue still have not been resolved and I decided to change agent to a different location and he refuse to make it simple transition. My family regrets giving this person who does not deserve our loyalty, trust and business all those years.
