For the love of God please do not move here. I’ve been here for a year and I’ve seen it all, police in the premises at least once every week arresting someone or attending someone that’s being abused, broken elevators weekly, security guards that let everyone in with out checking anything they’re here to just click a button to let every single person in. They’re supposed to be checking “guests” ids but I guess they don’t train them enough for that. My first 4 months here I witnessed a pit bull almost killing a husky and the owner of the husky took out a gun and shot the pit bull. Please for your own well being don’t move here, management is a bunch of chusmas too 😭

Even with my parking permit sticker on my car they towed it for being a “storage” ?? which just wasn’t true. They refused to help with this mistake on their part. Extremely unfair considering the amount of rent I pay which they recently raised. Now I regret renewing my lease here. They gave me a “warning” sticker on my car 28 minutes before towing it. 28 MINUTES. On the phone someone claimed they usually always give a 24 hour notice. Just see the pictures for yourself - warning at 7:30pm and towing company receipt shows they towed it at 7:58pm. Same date 8/21. This was on a Sunday night, why even put the warning?? I didn’t see my car was gone until Tuesday and had to pay the towing double. And remember I have the complex’s permit sticker displayed on the car which I paid for a year ago, anyone could see this is just wrong. The police even agreed after reading the contract but couldn’t force them, so basically we have no rights. Been living here since I was a child and feel betrayed by the staff. No matter what the contract says, they don’t want to and won’t take responsibility for anything that they do to the residents.

They tow the cars for being parked in the same parking spot for a few days even if you have the permit sticker. They called my car “in poor condition.” Well I’m sorry not everyone has a brand new Tesla. They are judgmental people. I have 2 cars and 2 kids, my husband works all day I can’t move my cars everyday. I am worried for them to do it again. They do not honor the contract which never stated these reasons to tow and they do it to everyone. I had to pay $245 to get my old car back which I needed to pay for child’s new car seat. They do not care about their residents at all. I want to move out ASAP and I would not recommend anyone to live here. If you live here please learn from my mistake and don’t park your car in the same parking spot everyday. Keep moving it. Just another thing on our to do list.
