The service at this agent's office has changed drastically over the years. Not only were they dodging my calls but everyone has a terrible attitude. I have never been in an accident, received any type of traffic ticket, or needed to actually use my insurance for anything, thankfully. But for some reason I paid more and more each year and I found out I had so many saving opportunities that this office could have applied but failed to do so. Then when I moved down the street my policy doubled and I was charged $300 extra than what I normally pay and no one called me to warn me or to expect the charge. My policy was updated after I was charged so I couldn't even prepare for it. I had to call from a blocked number just for someone to pick up my phone call so it's highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and I didn't feel welcomed here. I left this office and went to another statefarm agent who's staff treated me way better. I've been with this office for 4 years so it was great in the beginning but clearly something has changed. Karina in particular was cold and rushed me off the phone and didn't try to help. SO happy I left them and found a better deal. I recommend putting your money with people who actually care for you so BEWARE with this office.

Veronica Campos with Paul Kagan State Farm insurance is the best! She has the best customer service etiquette I’ve ever dealt with in this industry. She was helpful and explained everything thoroughly and went above and beyond her duties to make sure I was satisfied. Will only do business with her!!!!!

Linda Rich was fantastic and set me up with a new auto insurance policy. She was professional, very responsive to questions with no wait time, and she also gave me a great quote. The rest of the staff was extremely helpful too. Very GLBT friendly. Highly recommend.
