Missed it...
I did see a very bright flash/ burst of white light from DTLA. So startling, in fact, that I questioned others around me about it. Sadly though, I have no explanation.
I did not but the moon looks crystal clear
No I didn't there was noises of thunderstorm so I assume it was possible
