Im not sure about the whole Los Angeles National Forest but at Camp Colby. There is both showers in some cabins and some cabins don't have showers but there is community showers located centrally

Yes there is a shower,but u have to know someone... sooo I'm going to say no...
unlikely to have showers unless you stand under a waterfall.
No showers but depending on the time of year, like late spring and summer, you can jump in the river and washoff/swim. It feels refreshing. It may be too cold to do that during other seasons.
