Does anyone knows if the river is full of water or not?? Last time I went the water was about 2 feet tall?? Trying to go in 3 weeks

Depends where you go. Bridge to Nowhere has water, but don't expect to do laps. You can find some waist high pools there.

At this time of year, don't expect much running water if any.
