Yes they are!! Dogs come and play there but it's supposed to be on leash only. I really don't like that the dogs are coming there to poop and pee since its a family park where kids play and people sit on the head during games..but people can be really inconsiderate of others. There's dog park close by where dogs Vann go to the bathroom but people like to let their dogs go wherever.
Not during games, but the park is open to the public when there isn't a game and I believe dogs on leashes are permitted at those times.
