I paid about 40 USD at the hotel concierge but you may be able to find better rates. You can stay on the tour and choose where to get off If you want but don't have to so it should be fine for your grandma.
I don't know the cost per person. The Trolley ride would be great for your grandma because riders are seated and the sights are beautiful.
