Can dogs eat in outside part

But leaving your dog outside while you eat should be something you only do if your dog is well trained to handle huge crowds AND you aren't worried about the dog being stolen.

I wouldn't leave my dogs outside..

I would say no, but if the dog never goes inside i don't anybody would say anything.

We took our dog inside as it was a service dog. No problem with that.
