if i rented a rug doctor machine on a saturday evening(5:30-6:00) and with you being closed on sunday would there be an extra charge to have it back at opening(6:00am) monday morning?

It's a good idea, but I'm afraid they might charge you for 2 days. The best thing to do is to call them. I would say that they shouldn't charge you for two days; it's just my opinion.
