Hi I have a neighbor who is miss treating a dog. Well so I think. The dog is chained, and it cries all day. Morning to night. I do not know if it gets fed. Do you know if this shelter will be able to take the dog in so it can be sheltered?

I think you call Animal Control.
They'll send someone out to talk to the owner and assess the situation.

Yes they provide free food and shelter for them u can call and i sure they will go to see whats going on
