Yes, all dogs young and old are vaccinated, bathed, and spayed or neutered. The areas they are kept in are also cleaned and maintained.
Yes I believe they do make sure they have their vaccinations. One of the handlers said they clean them take care of them. They walk them and let run around in a play area.
Yes all dogs that arrive at the shelter get their vaccinations, get cleaned for ticks and fleas, and spayed or neutered. The shelter just requires that when a person adopts an animal, either a cat or dog, that you take the animal for it's vaccinations every year to prevent/have a lower risk of getting rabies or other diseases. But yes, once you get an animal there, they will always have their shots done and vaccinated
