I have 3 stray cats that have been around our home since they were born in the back of our house, I think my sisters feed them secretly and so they won’t leave..Would I get charged if I call for a pick up?

I would recommend a place that didn't smell like a barn but they're pretty good. You need to put them into something so it's easier for them
