Sadly, because of Covid, you have to blind adopt. Nonetheless, I personally tried and failed because most dogs had a human interested in them. When I thought I was finally going to be able to adopt, the dog was only to be released to a rescue organization. At the end, that's the route I took. I'm currently fostering a small dog, and have put in an application to adopt. Look into a rescue organization. You can find them on social media.
