My son went when he was as little as 3. Yes, parents and child can jump together. On some nights at certain times they do kids jump time where kids get an hour for around $8 and you get to jump for free as their chaperone. Check their website for times.
Yes very small children can play, toddler and above. Parents absolutely can jump and play with the children, although there is a charge for adults.
My grandson is 3 and he was the youngest I've seen there. Yes adult parents can jump with the kids.
