Terrible experience, I will never book another party at this location. It was complete chaos from start to finish. The host did not notify us when our room was ready, the decoration package I purchased for $15 consisted of 2 streamers and 2 table clothes. The pizza was not served until approximately 30 minutes into the party. The host was not there to serve or notify me that there were gloves available. I complained to the manager several times and even requested a different host. My request was ignored. The host did not do his jobs and the management doesn’t care. There were only maybe 2 people in the entire place that worked, everyone else was just hanging out. Below is a picture of the items you will receive in your goodie bags for $6 per person. 3 pieces of Halloween sized candy, a pencil and a bracelet. Don’t waste your money on hosting a party at this location.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's a wonderful atmosphere for kids and teenagers. The only minor I noticed was the temperature in the birthday party rooms. It was extremely warm and humid, especially when everyone gathered to sing and eat.

Kids love this place! Never an issue with cleanliness or just being able to have fun!

It's a lot of chaos. But the kids are having fun. There was no toilet paper in any of the women's stalls except half a roll in one. It's random trash and food everywhere on the ground from families not cleaning up behind themselves. They have a concession stand, a designated toddler area, games kids can play, and lockers if needed. They also have large shelves to store shoes. My kids have a good time when they come. But the employees need to clean up which is hard when you have limited staff. OVERALL GREAT TIME WAS HAD... and they did have love seats for families to sit on along with table and chairs to eat concessions.

Christopher Winkler is correct. We sell gift cards in store and online at skyzone.com/richmond. They're under the "Buy Now" button on the website. The direct link is: https://szrichmond.cardfoundry.com/giftcards.php. Thanks for asking!
While yes there is. It is not well enforced
This sounds nothing like the folks that work at sky zone ! We've gone for forever and have never had a bad experience. I'm sorry that this happened
Yes we do. It's one of my nieces favorite places you can find it of Midlothian in chesterfield county right near the town center.
Yes you can 👍👍👍
Yes
Call them.
You can go on the Skyzone website or you can do it in person.
The foam pits? I don't see how they could. But the jump area I would hope it's daily
Yes. Can do everything
If you go online and schedule your flight it will give you the exact price. Its based on the time you jump.
There's a Dollar Tree a couple doors down
Lol why would i hide go to The website, I believe its $10.00 an hour
For kids at toddler Time 5 and under I think .. it's 8$ plus one adult jumps free
Hi Marissa. The weight limit enforced is for jumpers' safety as well as the the strength of the trampolines. While the trampolines are built to withstand an immense amount of force, the weight limit helps ensure the hardware of the trampoline stays in great condition and lasts a long time for many bounces. You can learn more about our safety standards and philosophies here: https://www.skyzone.com/safety
Yeah I would call? Is it open interview. If not usually they call you to set up one!
$15 for 60 minutes, $20 for 90 minutes, $25 for 120 minutes
You pay for the time you want them to jump. I don't think there is a limit. My son has jumped for over 3 hours!
Nothing to keep you busy for hours but a few games to add to the experience.
HOYAHHHHHHHH
Yes
Yes, I was there for a group party but I saw other people with food that was not in the party rooms. But a phone call takes less than 1 min. Better be safe than sorry.
I believe it's $15 for one hour, $20 for hour and a half, per child, plus cost of gripper socks if you don't have them already
About $20 for 90 minutes, but they have a deal rn: $30 and bounce 90mins a day for a month... Only till the end of summer. That's what we just did.
My son went when he was as little as 3. Yes, parents and child can jump together. On some nights at certain times they do kids jump time where kids get an hour for around $8 and you get to jump for free as their chaperone. Check their website for times.
60 minutes=15$ 90 minutes=20$ 120 minutes=25$ 60 days pass=39.99$ 30 days pass=29.99$ 👍👍👍👍👍👍✌
Depends on how long you want to jump. You pay by the hour. Website gives the rates.
No. Anyone can jump. Including adults.
If you can walk, you can jump! That's our motto. And that goes for old and young! The weight limit on our trampolines is 300lbs.
Why not? It's a fun, safe environment for kids. But you would have to trust your kids. I was naughty when younger- leaving places my parents dropped me off at for parties, ect. So I guess on how responsible and trust-worthy your kids are☘
Depends on time jumping. 2 jumpers for 90 minutes cost $28.00 today.
I wouldn't recommend it. There's nothing made specifically for a child that young. You're welcome to check it out but IDK that you could possibly find anything . Not quite old enough. Personal opinion
For four it was a package deal with pizza and soda for 50 plus taxes. Gréat deal, great place! Plus, there's many other price levels depending on number of people. Their website lists all prices.
