They are rude, make you come inside for your food if you’re in the drive thru if you placed a mobile order. Food fixed sloppy nasty service won’t be going back.

This was weeks ago, I went in for lunch and it was the most depressing lunch interaction I’ve had in a while. The drive through employee was slack-jawed at every transaction that drove through, one woman working there said while I was waiting for my food how much she hated her job and wished she could find another one, but the one saving grace was that the manager, who was clearly dealing with employees who were still in training or who were trained and just not happy to be there, was doing everything in his power to calmly keep things moving and make sure customers got what they ordered. I’ll honestly say I’ll never go back to this Burger King, because it was such a terrible and depressing experience, but that manager, whose name I wish I could recall, was doing all he could to save that restaurant from falling apart. I waited well more than five minutes for my food but I got what I ordered.

Not a single car behind me in the drive thru but im told to pull up to the side as soon as i pay. Might as well had just walked inside to begin with cause after waiting 5 mins i walked inside and still had to wait. Whats the point of the drive thru when youre asked to pull uo and park to begin with? I get there is a drive thru timer but having me pull up off the sensors is falsifying numbers 🤷🤦 Manager tried to make my wait worth it but i i didnt want anything free. I literally only ordered a burger because i simply wanted a burger, nothing else. Also the burger I got had patties that had been sitting, imagine waiting extra time for your food and it is by no means fresh

This place literally just robbed me. I ordered food and they told me to wait outside. They never came and after 20 minutes I went back to the window. They said that I wasn’t outside when they looked (I was in the first parking spot by the exit) and offered me the cold food but said that they don’t do refunds. After asking for a refund the associate had a bit of a temper tantrum because they didn’t want to remake the food and closed the window without giving me the food that I paid for. Incredibly unprofessional. As other reviews mentioned, the staff is running this business into the ground and nobody seems to be doing anything about it.
