My wife uses a wheelchair and we sat on the bottom level as well. The dock is another story. It was a bit rough pushing her chair on it.
Yes they do. Only thing is with wheel chair you would be sitting on the bottom level of the 2 deck fairy. The upper part is open deck and you would need to take the stairs up. I've brought my son on this and had to push his stroller onto the boat and just left his stroller on the first level and walked with him to the top. The stairs are a little steep
