This park was cool until new management took over. Everybody that didn't have 2 and a half times the rent got kicked out. Tenants that had been there for 10 years got put out on the street. The owner John Baldwin once a nice man, isn't no more. What left is this?

It's by the beach, one of the cheaper parks in the area. Cannot stay longer than 6 months,you have to vacate for a couple weeks and then go back for 6 more months.

From what I can tell the new management has cleaned things up a lot and pushed out “riff-raff”. We’ve parked here in our class a for 5 months and we like this gem of an RV Park. It’s quiet here and clean. People keep to themselves, unless they are willing to be social and meet their neighbors. People walk by with their dogs and wave. No one is loud after 10pm. Besides the inconvenience of covid shutting down the laundry, pool and shuffle board amenities I’d say over all, it’s been a very pleasant living here, can’t beat the location. We will be back!
