It looks like a very clean mobile home park I usually just go there because my cat goes there and when she plays and by the way she's missing she's a white Siamese cat with Ryan stone taller on 1/2 blind she's my service animal and I appreciate it if someone can get back at me if they found her thank you

Managers are rude they will do anything to tow your car and only allow certain people to build on there lot if they get on there good side i don't understand how the owners still have them there they should be replaced a long time ago

No renting out,the board in charge of park very strict on rules of occupancy.Gas,water and electricity are all covered with lot rental.Rent coincides with size of trailer and time at park.From what I've heard average is 600 to 1200$

We pay rent only that varies from $800 to $850.Which is rent of course,water,electric,gas and also includes $25 for our dog.

I doubt it, the park has always been owners only as far as i know. Im not even sure its still there, there was recently a lot of excavation equipment there & a lot of mobiles removed.
They are pretty full. Call them and ask if they have one available. They, also have people hanging out in the park after 10 pm.
