99 has black bean paste in a jar. If the fish is really fresh, rub with salt and steam with ginger slices, finish with soy source, spring onion and hot oil on top is my favorite way for fresh fish.

Yes. I believe in can, don't know about fresh. Possibly in bag as well. Usually the bag is about 3lbs.
