To make Thai dish, "Pad See Ew" at home, I'm told its VERY diff. than Chinese soy sauce & Chinese Oyster sauce & type of flat noodles, etc. WHICH type do I need? What other sauces besides those 2? BIG Thank You to those who can help & reply.

In my experience, no Thai dishes are difficult to cook...It's getting all the ingredients needed for the flavor. Google your recipes first... I get all my Thai stuff from Lucky Seafood in mira mesa (viet store mostly)
