Its a public lot. You can park there anytime during the day. Prices fluctuate though based on the event or team playing. Most games around $15-25...comic con parking for $50!
Not anymore i work for ace parking and usually we open to public at least 6 hours before game time starts and range from $15-$50 to park on game days!
