Overall, the experience was good. But the fabric behind the seats were worn out, and the van smelt weird. And the trip from the garage entrance to our car took about 5 minutes. On the bright side though, the driver was friendly and had quick service. And I would use WallyPark again. Besides the sorta outdated van, I would recommend WallyPark for other people. Pricing was reasonable as well.

I made a reservation and paid for it already. Sadly I got sick and can’t travel. I was able to booked my flight again but they Wally park rep informed me that the reservation and payment cannot be used again. I’m not asking for a refund, I’ll be flying again in a week, but the rep said no. What a terrible customer service. Never again, I’m a frequent traveler because of work and I’ll never use this parking lot again. My vehicle feels safer any way and customer pick up is much better in Alladin

We waited for 30 minutes for a shuttle van to pick us up from the parking garage at 12 noon. We had to park on the top level uncovered parking - over half of the spaces are uncovered. The shuttles are 12 passenger vans, so it’s easy for them to get overwhelmed. I recommend Aladdin a couple of blocks down the road. Pricing is about the same, you have a guaranteed covered spot, it’s closer, and the shuttles are busses. Skip this dump!

Made a reservation and everything was smooth when we departed. Upon our return it took 30 minutes for the shuttle after we had made them aware we were there. When the shuttle finally showed up, another family jumped in front of us and the driver just shrugged his shoulders and said another one was coming. After finally being picked up and leaving the facility it was over an hour from first contact. For saving $5/day over parking at the airport, I’d say Wally park isnt worth being treated like that. I think we’ll find other accommodations in the future. Recommendation: ask for last name when we text that we’re available for pick up. Whatever happened to customer service??

I used an app for parking. It was called Way and there's also Park Whiz. They are both really good and will tell you the rates for all the parking in the area as well.

They charge by the day. Usually around $20 a day.
Paid $89 dollars. Parked at 8am on a Sunday and picked up vehicle at 1:30pm on a Friday, so around $18 per day. That was on Feb 11th.
I would imagine. A couple of weeks ago after a vacation trip when we went back to get our car, the shuttle drive said that Amazon uses there garage to park their vans there when not in use. There pretty vans I think.

No. Every 24 hour period. Whether you use 2 minutes of that next 24 hour. Or 23 and a half minutes of the next 24 hour period
