Your best bet would be to call the fire Dept.or look cal cops in your area they would know more about community resources considerigvthe population size.
Contact the local community centers that give out food stamps and other assistance. They might have help 4 u there
I'm not sure about that ..but I know if u call the police station and tell them ur stranded over there they'll usually help out by buying u a bus ticket to spokane. Otherwise maybe dshs best m may be able to help?!
