Place is an absolute joke they don't try to help you. They want you to go downtown and Risk your vehicle/home. Then tell you it's going to be months till you can get in anywhere. What a joke.

The men from SNAP worked on house through the winterization program. They were wonderful. They replaced a bad belly liner and put new insulation in. They did several other things, which included new bathroom fans. Thank you SNAP. My house will be much cozier this coming winter.

Two years ago SNAP sent a man to replace a water heater and replace the damaged floor. The work he did was fine with no issues. The issue I found disturbing was in the repairman's remarks and behavior. I was really disappointed that SNAP employed such an individual. Screening workers is so important because they represent a needed resource. Hopefully this is a rare occasion.
