The website does not forward the online applications. I've tried many places on their site doing the online applications and the places I applied for don't have my application on file.. These people like to disciminate and are not honest. They need to get fair housing involved in their business.

I've got two years of photographic evidence that my neighbors have been braking the rules and doing drug deals. This company hasn't returned any of my calls and needles are left about the neighborhood. I'm out in Port Townsend and in appalled at the lack of care

Pam Baker is the off-site manager of Clare View North 55+ apts. She is mean, she likes to residents and if you don't agree with her ,she hangs up on you. She has no empathy for the residents, and runs the place like a prison. Don't move your loved ones in here, alot will get depressed and die, and don't expect a condolences card fom Pam Baker! She is a bully! And vindictive!!! Drive through, all looks ok. But no seating benches a where, we had to fight her to put chairs in the main building so the elderly with hip replacements could sit, while waiting for the bus. They advertise activities here , what a laugh, if you count getting together for a blood pressure check! The community room is for looks ! Notice any games or cards? It's a museaum for future prospective residents! Management won't allow us to have real cable, they have a contract with Dinasaur Centurlink! No discounts bad service and high prices. ( Not like their TV's advertisements). Rules here are stringent to say the least. In 4 years there has been at least a 50 % turn around . Pam Baker doesn't have to follow the rental agreement, and makes up new rules on a tangent.This should have a 5 year waiting list. Turn n Burn - Rules: no hanging shade curtains. Haul your own chair if you have a garden box. She dont want you to confortable. I pray for Pam Baker, but she needs to retire. She is not a good manager to say the least !!! My advice, don't move your loved ones here. Until Pam Baker is either replaced or retires , 4 assistant managers have only lasted about a year each working with her. Uggggh If you like prisons, this is a nice prison. No hanging g plants or wind chimes allowed. I hate it here... And am trying to find another affordable place to move. The Jezebel spirit rules here....xxxxxxxxxxx this one off ! 2019 Update ! I moved, yes... Pam Baker is no longer managing Clare View, she sadly passed away from Cancer. ( Stress related?) Probably... I recommend the future potential resident's, to talk with more than one current resident, for their opinion on current living conditions. Take notes and a list of questions. Remember, anything promised should be in the lease, otherwise it's just words (a sales pitch). Note: Management selection's reflect back onto Housing Venture's ( The Property Management Co.). 🌸May you find a beautiful, peaceful, place to call Home.
