If you're asking if they have an air compressor, they don't. You'll have to go to the Holiday Gas Station across the street for that, and its free.
They don't have an air hose. If you don't want to try driving to the Holiday, which has free air, your best bet might be buying one of those portable air compressors that plug into your cigarette lighter. I bought one there for about $10. It takes a little longer, but it works. The portable ones have built-in gauges that let you know exactly how much air is in your tire so you just turn them off when you get close to 35 pounds or whatever makes sense for your tires. You could always start with the compressor and then drive to the gas station to use their hose if you feel like that would save some time.
