it says that you cannot bring outside food or drinks into the park but I was wondering if anyone knows if you can at least pack snacks if you're traveling with an infant or toddler something for them to have throughout the vist

Yes. You can bring snacks in and a bottle of water too. I would also suggest to keep a cooler with drinks and sandwich stuff and go back to your car and make a sandwich and eat near the creek for a cheaper day.. but get the cinnamon bread at the Grist mill in the park by barnstormer

Yes I have brought in a drink and snacks. I think they mean an obsessive amount.
