I spoke to my doctor about this. Was told if youre gonna have a miscarriage, most obviously it will happen regardless if you ride a roller coaster or not. Even in a high speed car crash the fetus is protected. If you are less than 3 months, dont cause you will always wonder and blame yourself (even though the ride has no correlation to miscarriage) should something happen, and if in your last month dont, cause who would want to go into labor on a ride, other than that, go for it. Passer bys be darned by their assumptions, ignorance, and accusations. Have fun!

The train ride is ideal
I would think River Rampage wiyld be a good choice ir one my favorite rides is the train. I have had 5 major back surgeries and river rampage does not hurt my back to ride.
Definitely wouldn't recommend riding anything whilst pregnant

They are not all rough. Water rides are smooth
