I would say that any child can enjoy themselves, but for the child and the parent to enjoy themselves, I would say the child would have to be about 5.
I would say 4 or 5. Not really sure, since I only did adult stuff. But have found out in the past that any younger get tired and cranky to fast.

There is a kiddie park inside for little kids so any age and for the big rides probaly about 12
My child is age 4 ans 40 inches so he really got to enjoy this year. Any smaller would be limited i think
You could start most kids at 2. The only issue you might have is giving older kids time on bigger rides and at the same time giving younger kids time on the things they can ride.
My 4 year old granddaughter loved it. My 7 year old grandson could ride all the rides and he loved it as well.
Dollywood can be enjoyed by any age.. but I would say 5 year olds and older would enjoy it more..
There is something for all kids there. My son is four and can everything except the big roller coasters. He absolutely loves fire chaser
